How to order
Order is processed as below

Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
Payment

In case of micro payments, maximum amount can be limited depends on PG company's policies.
PayPal accepts VSIA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
If shopping mall requires PayPal account, members need to create PayPal account to make payments.

    Products returned to Korea due to refusal of receipt cannot be re-delivered. The cost incurred in this process is borne by the buyer. Only the remaining amount can be refunded after excluding the actual cost (including international transportation cost, Korean customs and customs).

About exchanges and returns
Due to the characteristics of overseas delivery products, we may not be able to accept exchanges or returns at your convenience, so please contact us in advance.
In addition, when exchanging or returning goods due to customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for the round-trip overseas shipping fee, customs duty, value-added tax, etc., so please be careful when ordering.

Return method
If you would like to return the product, please contact "Inquiry" by phone or email first. Please refer to the [Return Procedure] below and complete the procedure.

1) Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, attach an image that can prove that it is defective (whole product image and enlarged image of the defect), along with information such as order number, misdelivery / defective product number, refund reason, etc. Please send it by e-mail.
2) Once the return request is accepted, we will contact you separately later.
3) When returning the product, please include a memo with the order number, customer name, and member ID in the package (box, vinyl packaging, etc.).

Please note that we will not be able to process returns or refunds if the product is returned without procedures such as return application or application acceptance.
The shipping fee for returning the product will be processed due to the reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee in case of customer's convenience such as change of heart, size exchange, etc.
We will bear the return shipping fee in case of misdelivery, defective products, etc.
Refunds
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.

Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
Other
Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
